DaBell Reunion

We've been looking forward to this reunion for a LONG time. 23 months to be exact. Why? Because Bob and Margaret were joining us this year. We got lucky and had a visit from them the weekend before to come meet Mollie. They also helped us make it to church since Clark had to work on Sunday. Anyway, back to the reunion. We went to Bozeman June 27th through the 30th. We left early Friday morning and stopped once in West Yellowstone for a quick bathroom break. I was impressed with our speed and bladders. Some of the women got to garage sale Saturday morning, one of MY favorite parts of the whole weekend. We ate lots of food. I felt like I spent a lot of time nursing Mollie, Clark took good track of the older girls and they were so occupied playing with cousins, I only felt like I saw them at bedtime and when they woke up each morning. Mark also brought his rocket-shooter? I don't know what else to call it, and the kids (dads) made rockets to shoot.
Ready to blast-off

Waiting for her turn to shoot her rocket skyward.

Mollie had plenty of snuggle time with aunts and uncles and Grams. She wasn't sure she could nap without being held when we got home. I've been trying to convince her ever since.

The water balloons and launcher were a hit and the kids had a fun time shooting them, while the uncles had a good time trying to catch them. I'm pretty sure Grams balloons went the farthest.
Ashton and Mason, these 2 never have to "warm-up" to each other, they just start where they left off.
Monday, sadly, came and we had to head home. We stopped in Ennis for lunch, especially for Mollie. Ashton and Shelby got to play at the park in the meantime. Dad took some pictures of them on the rusty, old tractor while Mom gave Mollie some lunch.

I had been looking forward to this reunion for a long time and was sad when it was over. I am excited that Bozeman is open for visitors once again, if we can ever catch Mom and Dad DaBell at home. We had a great time, as always.

Garage sales were definitely one of my favorite parts of this trip. Our next trip out there will have to be on a weekend so that we can do more. I hardly ever saw your older girls at the reunion! So fun that the cousins can just keep each other entertained so well. Glad we got to see you guys and FINALLY meet little Mollie!
